I responded to a mailer I received from OK Cash Home Buyers asking if there was interest in selling my property. I left a voicemail and was contacted within a couple of hours. I am also an investor and expressed that I was looking for an as-is sale and wanting to close quickly. I already had another offer in hand and Crystal responded quickly, on a weekend, and was willing to make an offer after her initial look at the property, and commit to a closing within less than 30 days. We signed a contract and from there everything was smooth. I later noticed an item in the contract I wanted changed, and even though I had already signed Crystal agreed to the change and we signed an addendum without issue. The closing was smooth. I believe I was given a fair offer for my property in its current condition and would recommend OK Cash Home Buyers to my fellow investors when they are in a position to sell a property.
